Are you an M&A advisor or a broker?

Neither. We don't source deals, advise on price, or execute transactions. We focus on what happens once a deal is in motion - ensuring the execution model is sound and delivery follows through on the investment thesis.

When should we bring you in?

As early as conviction is forming. The earlier we're involved, the more we can influence how execution is structured. That said, we also step in when execution risk is already building and things need to be stabilized quickly.
